2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.

3. Platform Use

CARET is a skill trading platform. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose, trading professional skills and building verified proof of work. Misuse, spam, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Skill Trades

Trades on CARET are agreements between members. CARET facilitates the trade but is not responsible for the quality or outcome of work delivered between members. Both parties are expected to fulfill their agreed deliverables in good faith.

5. Portfolio Cards

Verified portfolio cards are generated automatically upon trade completion and are visible to other members. By completing a trade, you consent to your trade being recorded as a portfolio card on the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including the CARET logo, design, and software, is the property of CARET or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Work you deliver in a trade remains your own intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

CARET is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from skill trades or interactions between members on the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on the platform.
